About Celebrating Women Scholarships

Celebrating Women has a commitment to make scholarship money available for women who otherwise would not be able to participate, giving special consideration to those women who are in transition, or for whatever reason, are in the midst of physical, emotional and/or spiritual changes in their life.

Our scholarship fund is available due to generous donations from women in our CW community. We are pleased to pass these gifts on.

Please Consider:

We always need help during the event itself, but scholarships are not awarded based on availability to help.

During the weekend, we need help at the registration desk from 1:00–3:30p.m. and 3:30–6:00p.m.  Two people are needed for each time slot.

Scholarship decisions will be made on a rolling basis as applications are received and will continue until all funds are disbursed or until 7 days prior to the event. The Scholarship Application period will close at 5pm on September 13, 2024.

We encourage women to pay for whatever part of the weekend that they can, so that we can support as many women as possible.


Scholarships Levels:

Registration Fee Scholarship - The registration fee is paid for. $160 value in 2024.

Partial Scholarship - A portion of the fees for the weekend, such as lodging & registration are covered. $290 value.

Full Scholarship - Registration, Food, and Lodging costs are covered.   The value of a full scholarship varies, depending on whether one camps or stays in a room.   Lodging is either camping or in a shared double or triple room. You may select your roommates, or we can do that! $430 value if in a room, $360 value if camping.
