This helps us keep track of online payment amounts and what they are for.
REFUNDS: Registration fees can be refunded minus a $35 service fee, up until 7 days prior to the event. After September 12th, no refunds will be given unless there is a medical emergency. For medical emergencies, refunds of 50% of your registration fee will be refunded.

Scholarships for 2025 will be available!
Applications for Scholarships will be available from Aug. 3 to Sept. 5. Women should register as soon as they know that they would like to attend. Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis.
Info on Booking Lodging
Reservations for rooms at Boulder Hot Springs are now open. All rooms with 2 beds will need to be shared. If you wish to have your own space, please book only a room with a single bed, camp, or stay at one of the off-site hotels in the nearby town of Boulder. We want as many women as possible to be able to attend our event.
All rooms have been blocked out for Celebrating Women attendees, so please state you are with Celebrating Women when you go to reserve your room.
Rooms at Boulder Hot Springs fill up quickly. If there are none immediately available, ask to be on a wait list, as there are also rooms that open up when people’s plans change.
Boulder Hot Spring (2024) Lodging Prices:
Standard Guest Rooms are $85-$100 plus tax, single occupancy per night.
$120-$130 for double occupancy, plus tax per night.
B&B Rooms (more elegant with bathrooms) are $125- $135 plus tax for single occupancy per night.
$150-$160 plus tax for double occupancy per night.
Additional person in a room is $20 per night.
Futons and roll-aways available (space dependent)

You can Camp at Boulder too!
Create your own campsite in back of the building or up in the trees. The land here is beautiful and sacred. Many women choose to camp.
Tents and campers are welcome; however there are no hookups.
Fee includes use of the bathhouse and building facilities. $30 per night per woman.

There are also a number of vacation rentals in the area, via VRBO and AirBnB.
Not staying at Boulder Hot Springs?
You will still need to pay a day use fee.
Day Use Fee: $10 per day for use of pools, showers, buildings, meeting rooms, etc.
We also encourage you to still sign up for meals and spend time with us!
Camping, day use fees & meal reservations need to be made with Boulder directly.
A Look at Meal Pricing:
Boulder has a lovely dining room, featuring local artists & incredible, wholesome food! Eating together is such a wonderful way to build friendships! While you can bring your own food & snacks, dining with Boulder is a wonderful option that we highly recommend.
$140 for the whole weekend per woman. (BHS new this year, no partial meal plans)
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served buffet style.
When calling to reserve your meals you can request vegetarian and/or state any special dietary needs.
*Staying offsite but eating meals at BHS?
You still need to call BHS to reserve your meals.
Please do this at least a month in advance.

• No alcohol or candles are allowed at Boulder Hot Springs.
• Perfumes and aromatherapy (many women have sensitivities that can make them sick for days.)
