Notice: Boulder Hot Springs room reservations fill up FAST! We highly recommend securing lodging as soon as you know you want to come to the retreat.

There are often last minute cancellations, so check back if they are currently full or ask that you be put on a wait list for lodging.

There's plenty of room for camping at BHS (reservation required), and a couple hotels in Boulder, about 5-10 minutes away.

There are also a number of vacation rentals in the area, via VRBO and AirBnB.

Even if you are not staying in one of Boulder's rooms, you will need to pay a day use fee, and we encourage you to still sign up for meals and join us in the dining room.

  • Your full name

  • Type of registration you are submitting (Early, Regular, Presenter, etc)

  • If you are sending a donation for the scholarship fund or general fund, please state the amount(s).


    This helps us keep track of online payment amounts and what they are for.

Refund Policy

Please note: registration fees can be refunded minus a $35 service fee, up until 7 days prior to the event. After September 12th, no refunds will be given unless there is a medical emergency.  For medical emergencies, refunds of 50% of your registration fee will be refunded. To request a refund, text or call Franny Gryl at 406-396-3466.

Please note that Boulder Hot Springs also has a strict 7 day cancellation policy.

Scholarship Information.

Thank you so much if you have chosen to donate to help another woman. We like to make this retreat accessible to all income levels.

If you need financial help, look into our scholarships information page. We have full and partial scholarships available. Register for the event on this form and then apply for a scholarship. Our committee will review, then our treasurer, Franny Gryl, will contact you.
