Scholarship decisions will be made on a weekly rolling basis as applications are received and will continue until all funds are disbursed or until 7 days prior to the event. The Scholarship Application period will close at 5pm on Friday, September 12.

Please note that only 1 - 2 full scholarships are given each year. Most awards are for partial scholarships and women are encouraged to pay for whatever part of the weekend they can.

In order to reach and support as many women as possible, applicants are discouraged from applying for scholarships two or more years in a row. However, when there are medical or financial crises, these will be considered, and should be documented on the scholarship application. Generally, multi-year requests for scholarships will not be awarded.

Scholarships Levels:

Discounted Registration Fee Scholarship - CW will pay $85 toward your Registration Fee, with the applicant picking up the remaining $85.

Registration Fee Scholarship - The full registration fee is paid by CW. This is a $170 value in 2025.

Partial Scholarship - A portion of the fees for the weekend, such as lodging & registration are covered. This is a $290 value if staying in a double regular room or a $200 value if camping.

Full Scholarship - Registration, Food, and Lodging costs are covered. The value of a full scholarship varies, depending on whether one camps or stays in a room. Lodging is either camping or in a shared double or triple room. We have rooms reserved for Scholarship women, or you may choose your own roommate and stay in a double regular room. This is a $440 value if in a room, $370 value if camping.
